Trig’s compact radio is the ideal retro-fit that can be installed in the smallest panel. The TY92 is certified and highly capable. Easy to use and faster to tune, it takes up minimal space and weight. A built-in intercom with mic gain adjustment on each headset ensures great performance, even when headsets brands don’t match. It perfectly compliment TRIG’s TT21 and TT22 transponders.
Compared to Trig TY91, Trig TY92 has a higher nominal power output of 16 watts, suitable for longer range transmission and for aircraft that have a 28 volt power supply. It makes a perfect back up radio in larger GA aircraft.
