This are the biggest versions of FES GEN4 Battery Packs, developed especially for FES powered double-seater DG1001 e neo.
There are 16 cells blocks wired in serial (16S). In each cell block there is 30 cells wired in parallel (30P). Capacity of each cell block is 84Ah. A pair of battery packs is required in a standard FES system. First pack is marked as A and second pack as B.
We are using high power 18650 cells, produced by Molicel.
Each Battery pack is equipped with BMS (Battery Management System) circuit board, which monitors its operation. New GEN4 feature additional e-ink display – which indicates state of charge, and G-load sensor, which monitors potential mechanical abuse.
